Logo Maker

Design a logo on a custom board — shapes, text, icons and images — then export it as PNG or SVG.

Free Online Logo Maker

Design a logo on a resizable board, then download it as a PNG or a scalable SVG. Add ready-made shapes, text in any Google Font, your own image, or a search icon — then move, resize and rotate everything directly on the canvas. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed.

How to use the Logo Maker

  1. 1 Pick a board size — 512 × 512 for an app icon, 1080 × 1080 for social, 1200 × 630 for a link preview — or type an exact width and height.
  2. 2 Add what you need from the left: a shape, a text layer, your own image, or an icon from the search.
  3. 3 Click anything on the board to select it, then drag to move it, drag a corner handle to resize, or drag the handle above it to rotate.
  4. 4 Set the colour, opacity and rotation in the Selected element panel, and reorder layers in the Layers list.
  5. 5 Choose a PNG scale and download — or take the SVG if you want a scalable vector.

What you can put on the board

  • Ten ready shapes — square, rounded square, circle, triangle, diamond, pentagon, hexagon, two stars and a bar
  • Text with any of 45 built-in Google Fonts, or type any other Google Font name, or upload your own font file
  • Your own image or logo — PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP
  • Icons searched from the free Iconify library (200,000+ icons, no API key)

Editing controls

Click anything to select it, then drag to move. Eight handles resize it, and the handle above the top edge rotates it. Hold Shift while resizing to lock the aspect ratio, or while rotating to snap to 15° steps. Arrow keys nudge by one pixel, or ten with Shift.

Shift-click to add an element to the selection, or drag a box across empty space to select everything it touches. A multiple selection drags and nudges as one unit, and the align buttons snap it left, centre, right, top, middle or bottom. Group two or more elements to keep them together, and use Centre to place the whole selection in the middle of the board without stacking the pieces on top of each other.

Every element has its own colour, opacity and rotation. Rectangles also take a corner radius. Reorder, duplicate or delete from the toolbar or the Layers list.

Board sizes and exporting

Pick a preset from the size menu — 512 × 512 for an app icon, 1080 × 1080 for social, 1200 × 630 for a link preview — or choose Custom size and type exact dimensions.

Export a PNG at 1× to 4× the board size with transparency preserved, or take the SVG for a true vector file that stays sharp at any size.

Frequently asked questions

Should I download PNG or SVG?

SVG for anything that will be scaled or printed — it stays sharp at any size and is the right format for a real logo file. PNG for places that need a raster image: app icons, social avatars, favicons, or anywhere the SVG is not accepted. Export the PNG at 2× or 3× so it looks crisp on high-density screens.

Is my logo uploaded anywhere?

No. The whole editor runs in your browser, and any image or font you add stays on your device. Two optional features do use the network: Google Fonts are fetched when you pick a font, and the icon search queries the public Iconify library. Nothing you draw is ever sent.

Will the fonts still work if I open the SVG somewhere else?

The exported SVG references the Google Fonts you used with an @import rule, so a browser will fetch them when it opens the file. A desktop design app may not — if you are handing the SVG to a print shop, convert the text to outlines there, or upload your own font file so it is embedded in the SVG as a data URI.

Why does my logo have a transparent background?

Because a transparent board is the default — nothing is filled behind your artwork. That is usually what you want, since it lets the logo sit on any colour. If you need a solid background, pick one with the Background swatch; the checkerboard pattern in the editor only indicates transparency and is never exported.

Can I edit a logo later?

The board lives in the page, so a reload clears it. Download the SVG and keep it — that is your editable master. Re-upload it as an image if you need to bring it back into a new board.
