Calorie & TDEE Calculator
Estimate how many calories you burn each day and how much to eat for your goal. Uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for resting metabolism and an activity multiplier for total daily energy expenditure.
How It Works
Basal metabolic rate (BMR) is estimated from your sex, weight, height and age. Multiplying by an activity factor gives your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). Targets for losing, maintaining or gaining weight are then derived from that figure.
- Mifflin-St Jeor BMR calculation
- Metabolic age input for accuracy
- Cut / maintain / bulk targets
- Protein, carb and fat split
- BMI as a secondary reference
